SNAPSHOT OF LIFE
Day 150: May 29th, 2009. Friday. This came out today. I love this version. The Maine’s Acoustic sessions are always wonderful. :) A few other things about the day: I emailed Mason asking for Eric’s email to invite him to the movie night on Monday. He gave me Joel’s email, and then I got in touch with Joel. Apparently Eric is off island until Sunday for a wedding in Texas. For a minute there I was worried that he had left, but he’ll be back. So we’re good. :) I got a letter from Hope telling me I was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship of $7,500 for academic acheivement! :D I need to catch up on The Office I just noticed.. I’m still waaayyy behind. Hmm.. find some time to do that. Brittney and I went and hung out at the beach before I had to go to work. I saw Joel and his family there, so that was fun. Brittney and I had a nice time just talking and stuff and laying out, enjoying the atmosphere. We swam out to the island and then on our way back we were surrounded by tons of fish. It was way rad. :) I called in for work and they said they didn’t need me so I got the night off. Oh well.. :/ P.S. I’m still working on that dumb iTunes project.. it’s taking a long time.. but it’s playing songs I haven’t heard in a while, so that’s cool. And I got a new penpal of sorts, email anyway, so that’s cool. :)
