SNAPSHOT OF LIFE
Day 163: June 11th, 2009. Thursday. I saw Haley today at her choir concert thing, it was sooo nice to go to a choir concert and be reminded how much I LOVE it. :)I didn’t really get any pictures from this night though, idk why. I usually take pictures of EVERYTHING. Sorry, I failed. This picture was from the beach yesterday. :) A basic rundown of my day that I wrote from my phone: It’s 11:30 am, and I never know whether it’s still considered morning or not because i’sit’s considered socially acceptable to have lunch at this time. I’m also at least 3 hours behind the rest of the world, so I guess afternnoon works all around. Or evening actually if you’re on the east coast or farther. So actually, jus insert whatever ending time is appropriate for you. :) Sorry I’m having typos, I’m on my phone and it’s ghetto and only lets me see like half the screen, so you can tell by the typos where I can’t quite see what I’m typing. :) Anyway, a few things: (sorry I can’t format it nicely, I’m too distracted to type in the html right now.. so.. yeah. :) 1) Currently listening to.. ACTION ITEM. I was scrolling through the artists on my ipod (which I have decided to name Sammy Davis Jr. Jr. Jr.) and I thought, hey I haven’t heard them in a while. There are also a ot of artists with only one or two songs on there, I guess I have a lot of soundtracks and mix cds. Cool :) 2) I have to call in for work today at 3:30 like usual because I agreed to cover someone’s shift. I made 7 dollars in tips last night so that’s cool. More money for Oahu tomorrow! :) 3) TOMORROW TOMORROW TOMORROW!! All Time Low!! I am so stoked it is finally here! :D 4) I wrote alex a letter like courtney did, buuuttt.. it somehow turned into a novvel. Itls like 4 pages. Hey the paper was small.. yeah, I write too much. haha :) But I will personally give him both letters and that sort of stuff :) I am so excited woo! :D 5) apparently I have to sweep the floor. more later. :) A few other things: My Dad joined Facebook today.. TOMORROW! TOMORROW! TOMORROW! And I leave you with this: So, slightly scary experience last night. I was hanging out in my new room last night, just chilling and watching mtv, and Shelley comes in at like 1130 and is freaking out because she went into the bathroom downstairs and a centipede crawls across her foot and then proceeds to slither into my room right next door. Awesome. So I go down there to see it, and the disgusting thing is like seven inches long, no joke. It was HUGE. So I had to go wake up my dad, and he came down with his hardcore work knife blade thing and chopped it up because that’s what you’re supposed to do when you see them. Apparently they bite you and you can get sick and stuff like that. Anyway, long story short, so gross. He was getting it and half of it is still trying to slither away and we’re screaming like little girls and gross gross gross etc. Yeah, it was a pretty eventful ten minutes. So, needless to say, I still didn’t sleep in my old room even though it was gone. P.S. when I was changing for work yesterday, a gecko was on the floor right by my foot and scared the crap out of me. Yeah, I don’t have spiders or stuff like that in my room, I have slightly larger creatures. How they get in there, I don’t want to know. Icky. Yeah, welcome to Hawaii. ONE MORE DAY!! :D
